NUKE ARTIST

We are looking for remote Nuke artists who will work closely with VFX Supervisor and VFX Producer. They will be responsible for completing all assigned shots and must have the ability to follow through each task (from start to finish).

Qualifications:

With a minimum of 3 years experience, this individual will be highly motivated with extreme attention to detail.
3+ years experience as a Compositor in Nuke or Nuke Indie.
MUST OWN Nuke or Nuke Indie license.
Advanced understanding of post-production and VFX workflows, the principles of cinematography, photography, and color science.
Ability to tackle shots from start to finish including Roto, Tracking, Paint, etc.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with VFX Supervisors and Leads to determine best approach to solve effects challenges and develop final look in shot development
Accurately interpret concept art and design from Supervisor
This individual will have manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while successfully communicating in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Clearly communicate updates and/or concerns to the Coordinator and Producer.
Producing a final overall look that exceeds client expectations.

SHORT TERM COMPOSITORS

We are looking for remote compositors who will work closely with VFX Supervisor and VFX Producer. The perfect candidate needs to be dependable, a team player with a great attitude, and flexible.

A successful candidate will have:

Well-developed artistic sense and able to interpret notes.
A positive attitude with a proactive communication style.
Communicate progress of work to Coordinator and Producer in a timely and organized fashion.
Good knowledge of Nuke and Airtable workflow.
Ability to tackle shots from start to finish, including roto, tracking, paint, etc.
Demonstrable understanding of the principles of cinematography, photography and color science.
3+ years as a Compositor
